Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously and only use the personal information you provide to administer and provide the services you have requested from me. By providing information such as your name, email address and telephone number you agree to me contacting you with regards to the services you have requested. All client data is treated in the strictest confidence, with best practice security measures and is only retained for as long as is necessary to carry out the agreed services. Personal information will be solely used by me and under no circumstances will your information be sold or used by any other organisation.

THE TYPE OF DATA I MAY COLLECT

Communication Data that includes any communication that you send to me whether that be through the contact form on my website, through email, text, social media messaging, social media posting or any other communication that you send me. I process this data for the purposes of communicating with you, for record keeping and for the establishment, pursuance, or defence of legal claims. My lawful ground for this processing is my legitimate interests which in this case is to reply to communications sent to us, to keep records and to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

HOW I USE YOUR DATA:

Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties without your prior consent.

HOW I STORE YOUR DATA:

Your data will be stored in secure electronic systems for the duration of time that it is required. Any physical copies will be stored in a secure, locked location until such time that it is deleted/removed.

DELETION OF YOUR DATA

On completion of work, I will return to the client all records, notes, documentation, and other items that were used, created, or controlled during the term of the agreement with the exception of items purchased by me and not reimbursed by the Client. Any work produced including contact data will be deleted on satisfactory completion of the project unless specifically instructed by the client.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Any changes to my Privacy Policy will be updated on this page and will supersede this version of my Policy. I will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to any changes in my Policy. But as a precaution, I request that you read this document each time you use my website to ensure that this Policy still meets with your approval.
